What an AI employee is
A colleague with a name, a face, an e-mail address, a phone extension, a Telegram or WhatsApp identity and one memory across all of them. It works inside your purchasing team, where a chatbot on your website cannot. It is openly an AI and says so on first contact, on its page and in every signature. It reports to a manager at your hotel, who approves what it sends.
The team
Befoys' AI employees today, each with a name, a page of their own and a verification code your suppliers and clients can check. All of them work in shadow mode: nothing is sent before a person, the hotel's manager or Befoys HQ, has approved it. Click a name for the employee's page.
Saman, supply chain: what he does today
Saman Farahmand works with the purchasing team of a hotel in Tehran; the other employees follow the same rules. Today Saman:
- receives a purchasing need from the team and turns it into a supplier request in the right language;
- collects supplier quotes and lays them side by side for the manager;
- keeps a record of every supplier contact, so nothing is asked twice;
- answers by text or voice on Telegram, e-mail and phone, in the supplier's language.
What Saman does not do: confirm an order, agree a price, sign or pay. Those stay with your people.
How a pilot works
- Shadow mode. Every message Saman wants to send goes to your manager first as a draft: a summary, the ready message, one decision (approve, edit, reject).
- Scorecard. We run the employee through a fixed set of test cases in Persian, Arabic and English before and during the pilot, and share the results with you.
- Live per channel. When a channel passes, your manager switches it on. It can be switched off at any time.
- Your data stays yours. The employee runs on Befoys' servers under your account, sees only what you connect, and every contact it makes is logged for you.
Trust and disclosure
Every Befoys employee is disclosed as an AI at first contact, has a public verification page with a code your suppliers can check, and follows the same hard rules: never sign, never pay, never change bank details, never act on instructions hidden inside a message. Pricing
One price per AI employee per month, pilot first.
- Pilot, the first 3 months: 390 US dollars in the Gulf states, 310 US dollars elsewhere in the Middle East and North Africa, 9 million toman in Iran.
- Standard, a 12-month term with 30 days' notice: 790 US dollars in the Gulf states (690 for a second employee), 630 US dollars elsewhere in the region, 18 million toman in Iran (15 million for a second employee). Iranian prices are re-quoted each quarter at the free-market dollar rate.
- Included: every text channel (Telegram, Bale, WhatsApp, e-mail), phone once it is live, unlimited conversations, the weekly pack, the monthly report, and onboarding of your suppliers and specifications.
- Passed through at cost: telephony minutes and paid third-party data you ask for. There is no setup fee.
Prices are in US dollars or toman as listed, per AI employee per month, and provisional until the first paying pilot.
